District Waiting list
Harpenden & Wheathampstead District Waiting list
We have recently agreed to change the way waiting lists are held in the District, with all children old enough to be eligible for scouting held on one central list. This means we will be able to tell how many children are on the District List at any one time.
If your child has had their 6th birthday please download and complete the attached form and email it to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it Your child will then be added to the District Waiting List.
If your child is under 6, please contact the relevant person below to have their name added to a Group Waiting List:
- 1st Harpenden, meets in Granary Lane (just off Station Road) the waiting list contact is Chris Meilton
- 3rd Harpenden meet on Southdown Road the waiting list contact is Yvonne Lowry
- 4th Harpenden meet on Lower Luton Road the waiting list contact is Elaine Brind
- 9th Harpenden meet on Luton Road, Kinsbourne Green the waiting list contact is Liz Grover
- 10th Harpenden meet in Waldegrave Park, just off Aldwickbury Crescent the waiting list contact is Alison Totty
- 12th Harpenden meet at St Nicholas’ Church Hall, Rothamsted Avenue and the waiting list contact is Stuart Jack
- 1st Kimpton meet in Kimpton Memorial Hall and the waiting list contact is Madeleine Thomas
- 1st Wheathampstead meet in Wheathampstead Scout Hut and the waiting list contact is Conner Geraghty
