Our District has a number of active Scout Groups and Explorer Units from which the young people apply to be in our Gang Show cast. Our show has been performed annually since 1949 and is officially the World's longest running Scout Gang Show. Our show gets bigger and better every year and we strive to make it the UK's, if not the World's, best Scout Gang Show.

In order to put on a great show each year we have a great collection of Cubs, Scouts and Explorers on stage in the Cast that have to put a tremendous amount of effort into the rehearsals.
Along with the on-stage talent, our backstage Crew include Leaders, helpers, family members and previous cast members. These are people with professional and semi-professional skills, but are mostly amateurs with tremendous spirit.
Cast applications are via the Gang Show website and are time limited so keep your eyes and ears open. The Cast application window opens normally around Easter time for about a month.
